Well I am back to Low carb lifestyle after becoming very humbled and heavy. When i was on it 7 years ago I dropped weight like crazy but now it seems like it wont come off. Is there some strange biological reaon for this?

Welcome back to the lc life. I assume that you are doing Atkins. Is that right? Well, you are welcome to this Forum.

I am told that it takes a little bit longer each time you begin anew. For me, I have never lost as successfully on Induction as I did the first time.

Good luck to you,

Yes, the biological reason could be this: you're seven years older.

However, the low-carb lifestyle still works if you stick with it. Welcome to a good place for support and encouragement.

Best wishes.
