Smile Back on the saddle again

It?s been a few years (and pounds) but I made my way back here and to LC! It?s nice to see this place is still up and running.

I started doing WW a while back and needless to say it didn?t work long term. I didn?t gain all of my weight back (started at 230lbs I believe) and learned how to maintain what I did lose. However, LCing was much more successful and doable for me.

I?m 5 days into induction and it hasn?t been too bad. I plan to stick with it this time as my DH is on the bandwagon too. I know the loss will be slower the second time around so I?m gonna kick back, relax and enjoy the food!

One major change that I?ve made (swearing that I?d never do) was joining a gym and actually going! And getting the water down which was a major problem before.

I?m here to lend support and receive it as well as I restart my LC journey. It?s great to be back!

Welcome back!

My doctor told me weight watchers and slim fast were the only long term diets that were successful. Yeah right. He'll be pleasantly surprised when I go back this fall and have lost 30 pounds or more.

Good for you, getting back into the gym. Good luck with your water.

Hi Terese! It's good too "see" you! I plan on sticking around this time. Here?s to the saddle girls (LC beer of course).

CB ya know, I knew from what I?ve learned (mainly here) that a LF diet wouldn?t work For me in the long haul. I don?t know what I was thinking at that time

Hernry, it?s nice to meet you!
