Thanks for all your comments. I lost weight on Atkins before, gave away all my fat clothes and bought a new wardrobe...........then started gaining. 30 pounds worth!!!tHis is not Atkins fault,nooooooooooo, I didn't do what I know is right and kept on not doing it.Took me awhile but I am back and am on my way. Thanks for all your support
