| Welcome, JB ![]() Hope you do find lots of inspiration around here. It's a wonderful place. Usually the headaches don't last much longer but it depends on you. Hopefully you've gotten the Atkins book and have read it as that's one of the big things pushed around here, being well informed and doing low carb properly. Try drinking more water to help flush your body and perhaps the headaches will subside faster.

| Welcome, JB. Yup. Headaches are common early on in the game, usually from caffeine withdrawal. If you do a good job with hydration (as Noel said, drink yer water!) they usually resolve by the end of the first week. Hope you'll make yourself at home!
