| I've read alot about people here drinking Green Tea. Why? and What are the benefits with this wol/woe. Should i get decaf and can i use splenda or is it more beneficial plain? also, does anyone know the benefits of ACV (i, believe this is apple cider vinegar) i've also heard alot about this. i've been doing low carb for a while and i probably should know the answer to these questions. but i would like facts instead of just my guess. thanks ~T |

| Green tea seems to do me in.....ugh! I am hyperactive ( unfortunately,my metab doesn't show that for me) and it green tea does has an adverse reaction on me. ZZZZZZZZZZZ I am sleeping before I know it, I can't even have a diet coke with a pain reliever without having a throat closing type of reaction. Needless to say that diet pills have NEVER been anything that I have been able to take. Which I guess is a good thing.
