I have 2 questions

1. how do i arrange my meals? Do i need let's say 4-6 meals a day?

2. On which day does the kitosis start?

3. Am I allowed to drink coffee or tea?

Welcome Ivory. Your profile appears to be incorrect/incomplete so my response to your questions will be general. Assuming you are overweight and wish to follow the Atkins l/c WOE (way of eating), then I would respond to your questions as follows:
1. I have 3 meals a day. Others may have smaller meals more frequently. You will have to find what works best for you. You should not go more than 6 hours without eating something (other than when you are sleeping).
2. It is an individual thing when ketosis starts. I suggest you read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) and that will give you an idea of what to expect.
3. Yes, but read DANDR to see limitations and concerns with caffine.

hello ivory.

it's not clear how much weight your looking to lose, but i'm assuming you're looking for low-carb help since you're on a low-carb support site.

your first step is going to be picking a plan and getting the book to accompany the plan. this will answer your questions, help you understand how low-carb works, and serve as a roadmap for your journey. that's the single most helpful thing you can do at this point to ensure your success.

good luck to you!
