 Please share your motivating story here....
Do you have a motivating story to share with everyone? Something that stopped you dead in your tracks and made you realize how far you had really gone on LC programing and how great you either looked or felt? Something someone said? Maybe more men opening doors for you and smiling,,,,heck maybe longer stares in the mirror at your self and seeing the results of your hard work? I had just lost 43 pounds and was on top of the world, I had gone from a size 16(tight:( ) to a lose 12 and 10 skirts and it was summer...... I had more energy than a child and everything that I brought to the dressing room not only fit, but often I underestimated the sizes and had to go back for the smaller size!!! It was a Thursday and the Poland Spring guy came to the door with my monthly order of three huge jugs, he left one at the door and went to return to the truck for the other second and I thought, I will swing this out of the door way so that he could come through and bring the other 2, he must've heard me because I made a wretching noise trying to move and lift the jug and he said, " OH MY NO!!! That is 40 pounds you will hurt yourself!!!" I stopped dead in my tracks and though.....Oh my poor heart! I couldn't move that jug half way through the door way, but I expected my heart and body to carry that around 24/ 7 ?? I had tears running down my face in total awe. The water guy thought that I hurt myself and I knew that I really only helped myself.
