Hi, LaTaisha. Well, you asked for advice - I recommend you read DANDR front to back, take notes, make a menu, shop accordingly, keep treats and illegal foods out of the house as much as possible, drink lots of water (minimum 64 oz a day, in addition to tea, coffee, soda), exercise regularly, start a journal, and keep coming back.

You're young, you should lose at a good rate if you stick to your plan.

Welcome, BTW!

Here is my experience with the second or third time: Folks tend to cheat because you feel you "know what you are doing"! So don't fall for it. Perform a strict induction to get you back on plan for 2 weeks.
