 Yes! I will do it!!! This time I will succeed and MAINTAIN it! I went from 210 to 170 (approx.) in 3 months about 4 years ago and I am now back to a size 16-18 from a 12! So here I go and I will make it! (I hope that by thinking positively it will actually make me that confident :o ) So here is a starting picture...I wish that I already had an after picture, but it will come! It is only my head for now...I don't think a picture exists of me from the last few years from the neck down!

| Re: Yes! I will do it!!! Amber, Your story's soooo similiar to mine. In 2001 I went from 219 to 172 in 3 months!! From a tight 16-to a 12....sound familiar???? ( I was on top of the world I swear!!) I am back on today because like you I gained it all back. I am diggin the highlights in your hair btw! So I have been really good for two days and I just checked and I am between mod and high!!! Yay for purplish pink! :jump: I have been getting creative (I think) with my food. Mabye I should post something in the recipe section, especially since that is how I found this site!
