| Heather, here is a link to a site I use. I just compute the count of the various ingredients individually, and then add them up. For spices, I allow 1 gram per teaspoon as a rule of thumb. HTH http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

| You could download DietPower (www.dietpower.com). Besides being a nutrition tracker for daily menus/exercise, it has a recipe builder feature. You input the ingredients and number of servings and get a detailed nutritional analysis per serving. And, it will print the recipe in a recipe-card format. It as a 15 to 30 day free trial. A tip from Rob (some time back) was to go to www.Fitday.com and enter all of the ingredients as though it was a day you were logging. That will give you a total and nutrition breakdown for the whole recipe.
