| oops I pushed the wrong button...LOL. What my question was is where do you get liquid splenda? At my walmart here they have Sweet 10, I belive that is what it is called, but it is not sucralose. Is that something that can be used, I belive it was sacarin (sp?), that is was made of but not for sure? Thanks I have been doing Atkins now for about a month with a fall off the wagon for Christmas ans New Years. But I am back on Atkins and have lost 15 lbs so far. Thanks for all the supoprt on this forum!!! Erica |

| Erica, Liquid splenda is not an item that is available in stores, at least not at this time...maybe someday...sgh. Alot of us order it from various sources. The least expensive route to go is to order some DaVinci's Sugar Free Simple Syrup...that is a syrup with no flavor made with liquid sucralose. You might try www.netrition.com or www.davincigourmet.com Also, you might try www.sweetzfree.com This person's liquid splenda is very concentrated and lasts a long time, for me anyway. HTH Shelley

| Erica, we buy FiberFit from netrition.com. A teaspoon is equal to 8 tsps of sugar. And I buy liquid Splenda from sweetzfree.com. A 4 oz bottle is $64.00 but lasts for months and months, because you use it by the drop. 3/4 of a teaspoon sweetens an entire cheesecake! But it's great to use either product, or the DaVinci's, because they are zero carb. Hope we've helped you. |

| Erica, when you see liquid splenda mentioned, it usually refers to the concentrated version that is not readily available through normal commercial channels. Using the DaVinci simple syrup will not usually work because you would be adding too much liquid to the recipe. For example, it may take a cup of simple syrup to equal a cup of sugar sweetness while it would only take 1-2 tsp of liquid splenda, depending on the specific concentration level to equal the same amount of sweetness and 1 cup of additional liquid might be too much. Here is a link to a thread with information about sources for liquid splenda: http://www.lowcarbeating.com/bb/showthread.php?t=15729
