| I still managed to lose a pound! Drinking the water, eating fiber, fiber and fiber, but still no BM (4 days!!). How does one lose a pound and be constipated at the same time? Did I mention I'm eating fiber? |

| When you say you're consuming a lot of fiber, do you mean vegetables or fiber supplements? Most often, lots of water works for me. Here's a tip from my old yoga teacher - FWIW. Firmly massage your left side from waist to the top of the leg with long downward strokes. Put the heel of your hand just above and a little to the left of your belly button and stroke downward. It seems to help; especially when done while taking a relaxing bath. Another tip from my old yoga teacher: Leaning forward slightly (braced with hands on a wall - bent slightly at the hips), rapidly pull your lower belly in and push it out several times - almost like pumping.
