I still managed to lose a pound! Drinking the water, eating fiber, fiber and fiber, but still no BM (4 days!!).
How does one lose a pound and be constipated at the same time? Did I mention I'm eating fiber?

Spinach (the frozen, chopped kind) used in any recipe works for me.

Good luck!

When you say you're consuming a lot of fiber, do you mean vegetables or fiber supplements?

Most often, lots of water works for me.

Here's a tip from my old yoga teacher - FWIW.

Firmly massage your left side from waist to the top of the leg with long downward strokes. Put the heel of your hand just above and a little to the left of your belly button and stroke downward. It seems to help; especially when done while taking a relaxing bath.

Another tip from my old yoga teacher:

Leaning forward slightly (braced with hands on a wall - bent slightly at the hips), rapidly pull your lower belly in and push it out several times - almost like pumping.

Thanks for the yoga tips! I'll have to try them!

I've been consuming flaxmeal w/psyllium husks, vegetables (salads galore, broccoli, celery) and drinking a gallon of water a day. Today I cut out the cheese, cuz I'm thinkin' maybe that's the culprit.

Did an hour of swimming aerobics last night, and even THAT didn't help!
