| Aren't the simple things normally the best? Today I had an omelette made with 3 eggs, 2 slices of ham, salt, pepper and some fresh parsely. I accompanied that with 2 portobello mushrooms. YUM

| GREAT! Now I'm HUNGRY!! LOL! That looks really yummy, Alcmene! :fork: By the way, (for those not on induction), those mushrooms make GREAT fajitas. Just be sure to use the low-carb tortillas (sparingly, of course!). They are really wonderful -- perfect if you're looking for something a little different!

| Wow, mushroom fajitas! Yum I love them for breakfast, sometimes I cook the mushroom, makes some scrambled eggs, then fill the mushrooms with the eggs and top with cheese.
