| Hi, I am new to this thread but not this way of life. I lost 123 pounds doing Atkins on my own and never knew this site existed. I have gained back 30+ pounds and am now ready to get serious and get rid of it. I am starting with my evening meal which will be a steak and either veggies or salad. I was gonna wait until tomorrow but I figured no time like the present. I know I am going to need all the and support I can get. So here goes nothing, but yet everything. | WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS! Guys:bear: I looked around a little and joined a challenge. Just getting used to the site here. Went to work out with friends last night. Had eggs and bacon for breakfast. So far so good! |
