Talking could someone help me figure the carb count?

OK, I just got done whipping this up and not quite sure how to go about figuring the carb count

6 eggs
5. 0zs swiss cheese
2 small-medium zucchini
2 teaspoons milled Fax Seed
dash of baking powder
salt and pepper about 1/2 teaspoon each

I grated into small pieces (the zucchine)
the Flax Seed said 4 grams per 2tbls.w/ 4 grams fiber
the baking powder said.... less the one carb per 1/8 tsp.

I poured it into two carrole dishes one being 13x9
the other being 8x8

I did not fill to top just the bottom sort like a pancake amount.
cut it to appox 3x4 give or take a little which gives me about 10 to 11 pieces. If anyone could help please do let me know. I would like to know what a serving would be. One or two pieces?

thanks in advance for your help.
P.S. I just tied it and 1 piece is diffenetly not enough so I guess 2 pieces would be a serving.:jumpgreen

Here is a link to a website where you can plug in the quantity of ingredients and you will be provided with the complete nutritional data on each ingredient. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

My estimate, based on using large eggs and an average in the carb count for a medium and a small zucchini, and adding 1 carb for the other (spices and flax)ingredients gives a total net carb count of 17.94 net carbs for the entire recipe.

Even easier is to go to fitday.com. Put all your ingredients as "food eaten today." That will give you the complete nutritional information for the total recipe. Take those numbers and divide by the number of serving and you can have complete information on the nutritional composition of your recipe. Note, Fitday DOES show you the fiber grams, but you have to subtract yourself to get the net carbs.
