| Okay I've been drinking Green Tea on and off for a few years now but with all the discussion about it I'm doing it alot. I know it's good for us, full of antioxidants and such, but is there some other benefits while doing Low Carb, or basically used as a replacement for Coffee, soda and cocktails? (Which is why I've been drinking so much of it) Thanks for any input!

| Actually both green and black (regular) tea contains good antioxidants and it's certainly worthwhile to drink some tea - as you suggest - instead of various other less helpful things.

| White tea is also good for you. It has the most antioxidants of all teas. But any tea is good for you. |
