    Wink What's up with the Green Tea?

    Okay I've been drinking Green Tea on and off for a few years now but with all the discussion about it I'm doing it alot. I know it's good for us, full of antioxidants and such, but is there some other benefits while doing Low Carb, or basically used as a replacement for Coffee, soda and cocktails? (Which is why I've been drinking so much of it) Thanks for any input!

    Actually both green and black (regular) tea contains good antioxidants and it's certainly worthwhile to drink some tea - as you suggest - instead of various other less helpful things.

    White tea is also good for you. It has the most antioxidants of all teas. But any tea is good for you.
