| Hi all just wondering, I think I already know the answer but you guys are always so knowlegable Today for example I had OMM cheese Pepperette some heavy cream by itself 1/2 c brocolli soup and then dinner to come yet

| phinixis- for me, i don't find that it matters. i'm a believer in listening to your body, though-so long as it's talking sense, that is. you might have to experiment and see if it matters for you, but unless i'm loading up and hopping into bed for a nap, the time i eat whatever it is hasn't seemed to make much difference. |

| Whew!! I thought I was blowing it big time by picking away. I don't think it will matter but I will see I can't remember from last time since it was a year ago. Anyway glad I am back, feeling much better on day 7 and glad to talk to all you guys for the great support!! And thanks for any other views on this ![]()
