A cup is 8 ounces, 16 tablespoons. 4 cups equals a quart. 4 quarts (16 cups) equals a gallon. I think that 100 gms is approximately one cup, give or take a few grams. I have a very difficult time converting gms to oz. It's so confusing!!!!!!
