| ok what i have eaten so far today: 1 egg & 2 egg whites = (worked it out to about 1.8 on the atkins site) but i put 2 cheese = (worked it out to about 0.6/0.7) but i put 1 tuna = 0 chicken = 0 oil = 0 vinger about 1/4 teaspoon = 0 sprinkle of black pepper & dried chives = (not sure how to add dried herbs) so i put 1.5 salad = 28grams/1oz (came to about 0.4 on atkins website) but i put 2 just incase fish = 0 lemon juice about 1 teaspoon = 2 ?? = about 9 carbs today?? thanks!

| That sound about right to me, your like me I always round up too just to be safe. It amazing how fast those carbs add up. Looks like you are doing great keep up the good work!! |

| If this is a whole day's worth, it doesn't seem that you're getting enough veggies. Even on induction, you get three cups of salad greens (or 2 cups of salad and a cup of other vegetable). You might want to review the sample 20 gms of carbs menu in the induction chapter of DANDR. Don't forget, this is a low carb nutritional program, not a no carb one. (BTW, there's not much benefit to aiming at UNDER 20 carbs a day.)

| hiya that didnt include my dinner! & extra snacks etc! ive got up to about 18 carbs now for day one!! the salad i have is LOADS i literally couldnt eat anymore but its just low in carbs :fork:
