| The vitamin C tablet I take has "Cellulose" in it as well as a few other ingred. ending with "lose". Is that going to be a factor? Isn't that a form of sugar? Should I stop taking it? Thanks for your help!

| Relax, Cinderella. But good work on getting suspicious of ingredients ending in "ose." Cellulose is simply the rigid, fibrous, outer portion of certain plant cells. Think: celery ... heck, think: trees. Cellulose is not something that raises blood sugar. HTH.
