| im finding it fairly hard to eat anything anymore!! im just not hungry! i have a cheese omlette for breaky with mushrooms & 4 hours later i realise that im still not hungry! but i have a little snack anyway! and im gettin full really quick (good thing obviously!) no cravings or anything (yippee!) but does it matter if im not hungry, i think its the diet & the weather im in the uk and its been really hot :hot: & obviously were not used to that!!!! but im still eating my protein and i literally cant face a salad! does this really matter?? :gorgeous: i dont work as im not well so its not as if i need lots of energy as i dont go out either! IWBS!!

| Hi IWBS, I had the same thing happen to me. Not being hungry is normal because your body is naturally more satisfied with protein than carbs. You are on the right track, but still try to exercise it will speed up your weight loss and give you energy. You don't have to eat salad but try to fit a few veggies in between to make sure you are getting the nutrients they offer. Keep up the good work. |

| hiya thanks, i am trying my best to use my treadmill, done about 45 mins a day, but i have a illness and i get alot of pain ao sometimes i cant do anything, i did use my bands to which i love using! thanks at least i know im on the right track!!!

| Hi there, I am in basically going through the same thing. I am still writing down my carbs and sometimes I notice that I am only eating 7-10 carbs a day!! I walk 3-5k every night and still have lots of energy....lol it weird and I am glad you posted because I was thinking the same thing. I am just not hungry and I have no appetite to speak of, I am not craving anything and not sure if it was normal or not. Keep up the great work!!

| will-after a few days of low-carbing, your body begins what is called ketosis. the side effects include reduced appetite and increased energy, so it's the low-carb equivalent of "magic" if you will. i would suggest that you don't abandon your veggies, though. if you're tired of salad, by all means, look at other veggies instead and focus on what appeals to you. but veggies are a staple of low-carb life, and you get lots of important stuff from them. they are the "good carbs" that you need. what this all tells me is that you're probably doing a good job of eating on plan. so don't worry about the other stuff-just enjoy your progress! |

| hiya Aspiringsexymom78! thanks no lol i didnt think that you were saying anything bad to me! lol sorry if i thought that you made me feel like that!!!! :bellydanc i had some sugar free carb sweets & i tell you what i feel SO ill for eating them, i wont ever do that again, got abad headache now! & i manged to eat a salad for dinner with my fish! :fork:

| I know my name is a lot to type. Don't apologize I just know that weight is a difficult topic so I like to watch my inferences. Check out "My Journal" under journaling when you get a moment. You will definitely not feel alone after readig it! |
