I can get my wedding ring on again and I have been wearing it for 3 days now.

I havent been able to wear it since I was about 7 months pregnant with my son...He is now 2. We had another baby right away (16 months apart) so I never had a chance to lose the weight.

I am pretty excited as I didnt want to get it resized (I felt like I would be giving up)

I do actually love this way of eating...I am very surprised I am not struggling and feeling deprived.

The only thing is I wish we could pick where we lose the weight, I wear a toe ring and was getting loose so I need to tighten it and my wedding ring fits now, but my pants dont seem to be any looser. Just where you want to lose your weight first in the hands and feet cause everyone notices that... right LOL My DH says he can tell I have lost weight though.

Slipping into some much loved bling is as good as getting in that pair of beloved jeans!(well, for me anyway...LOL!)

It's those little accomplishments that keep us going. I know about the tummy area. Mine is the bain of my existence. But be glad your even losing it in those extremities..........means you're doing something right,eh? Keep going, it will happen! We tend to lose weight from the outside - in.

Congratulations!!! I thought I was the only to get excited about things like this! I just got my wedding ring OFF for the first time in a couple years. Not that I WANT it off, it's just been on my finger for so long, it needed a good cleaning!
