| heyy all i just wanted to say thAT i love this diet and it really works i lost 23 lbs soo far im ssooooo excited ive never felt happier, and healthier |

| welcome, luna. glad you're finding low carb to be a good fit for you. do remember, for any weight loss to "stick" long term, you'll need to work on transitioning from "diet" to just the way you eat. you'll need to monitor your carb intake or like any other changes in your eating, the benefits you've gotten from low carbing will eventually go away when you quit eating that way. hope you enjoy your stay here! |

| Welcome Luna! I agree..........change your thinking from "diet" to WOE (way of eating). This LIFESTYLE has to become engrained in your mind as well as your body. I hope you have MUCH success in the months to come with your new WOE!!!
