 I'm back, left because of life changes... Hi all. I used to post here many moons ago. I left due to family illness and death, my own health decline and increased life scheduled. I haven't left this wol though. I've lost 20 pounds since posting here, still have 47 to go. I'm hoping to be a part of the group again, learn more about lc and all of you, and lose more weight and gain lots of health  Ann  |

It's getting discouraging but I'm not giving up. I am not sure where to change things or if to change things at this point. Ann |

BBJ, I got the avatar a long time ago from a friend. I can't even remember when I got it but yeah, it reminds me of comfort and that laid-back feeling I enjoy so much. She knew I liked my tea, books and good chair (plus I'm a redhead) so it all fit I'm trying to walk a couple of miles a day to help the weight loss. This week has been bad so I haven't gotten but 1/2 mile in every day. I guess it all counts in the long run though... |
