Welcome Lucy. With respect to entering ketosis, each person is different. It usually takes 2-3 days for your body to use up stored glycogen. If you are having trouble getting into ketosis, read chapter 11 of DANDR for suggestions. Good luck on your journey.

The Atkins program, when followed correctly, is an excellent way to normalize your weight and maintain it.

Read the book, drink your water, and come here for support and encouragement.
