Wow it seems like forever since I've been here. I started Atkins back in June 2005 at 5'8 220lbs. Success was definately on my side as I was very committed as soon as I noticed that it was ACTUALLY WORKING. I had been a big girl since I gave birth to my first daughter 16 years ago now and I am now 35. I followed Atkins faithfuly for about a year and a half. I have also like so many others "fallen off the wagon". I have now regained up to 170 at the begining of this week! Ok thats enough for me...as I can still fit into the same SKINNY clothes I had bought after the weight loss.....I actually blew the behind out of one of my size 9's the other night!!!!!!!OMG....lots of people around to save any further embarrassment. So ...this is my third day of induction again and just wanted to let u all know that I am absolutely greatful for this website as a source of incouragement.This place is a wonderful site to see everyone elses achievements it really keeps u going. Thank u to all for helping us all through this with your words of incouragement. It really does work....hope u all do as well as Im hoping Im going to do this time around. Missed u all very much.
