 I'b back and ready to recommit When I woke up yesterday morning, feeling all stretched, I decided I needed to get serious and recommit to a low carb lifestyle. I felt so much better when I low carbed. I can do it again, and make it a lifelong choice. I started low carbing for the first time in May 2003, and I got within 9 lbs of my goal. But, then, I never really moved on to OWL or pre-maintenance, so when I got comfy, I got lost, and and then I gained it all back, plus 5. Took me 4 years to gain it back, hopefully, it won't take me that long to lose it.

I am going to try again from next week, as I have a few things coming up where drinking is a big part.. Good Luck to you.. WE CAN DO THIS....... |
