| Well the office is crawling with cootie infested people. And though I've had a flu shot I've always used Emergen-C when these infestations arise cause recycled air is just killer, yanno?? However, this stuff is 6 carbs a pack and you're to have 4 - 6 of packs a day! **head-desk** OK, well that TOTALLY explains not losing so much as an ounce last week . . . but any suggestions on what I can take/use to keep myself from getting ill?? And is LC friendly????? Thanks in advance Tara |

| My workmate swears by echinacea as soon as she starts feeling a cold coming on. Lots of vitamin c, taken throughout the course of the day, so your body always has some in it. It's water soluble, so easily flushed out of your system. And some people swear by Zicam, although I have no personal experience with it. Drink lots of liquid, too, especially plain old water. And nothing wrong with chicken soup, either! Even if you're healthy! Hope you stay away from the crud, and that it doesn't catch up to you.
