Default Question about Fitday

I've been entering my food intake and have been doing quite well in keeping carbs to below 20. I do have a question, though. What does "NSF" and "NS" mean when locating a particular food?

The FitDay website doesn't seem to have a search feature for that sort of thing.

Thanks,

Lil

I love the fitday program! I have been using it for a few years so was stumped and had to do research. I found the answer at: Atkins Diet Bulletin Board - Fitday NS and NFS

Not Specified, Not Further Specified. *like lean only eaten*

Keep up the great work! I believe that logging my food has really helped to keep a good healthy calorie/carb balance since I began my journey. Until then I talked myself on how I had worked hard and deserved MORE but seeing the counts keeps my focus.

Thank you, Blue Jay. You're right that journaling food intake keeps one honest. I keep a small notebook handy to write down what and how much I eat to log into FitDay later on in the evening.

Now I have to motivate myself to get my sleepy butt out of bed earlier in the morning to get in some exercise.

Hmmm...think I could have the next big invention with the electrocuting your behind bed? lol Can you imagine how awake you would get? Then I could put electricity under the carpet so I would have to jump on the elliptical. It would be on for an hour so might as well work out until it turns off. lol
