| Carbs have to be equal to or more than the fiber, so it's possible that the carb count is net here. It would make sense. My flaxseed meal is 8 carbs, 8 fiber, so 0 carbs. The almonds and sunflower seeds will have a few carbs, so 3.6 net is probably about right.

| Thanks Nita, I was concerned incase I baked with it thinking there were no carbs when in fact I might have been eating a whole bunch. Now I can try out my first OMM tonight without worry! Can't wait!! |
