| hey guys and gals i found that i like 2 work out with weights and i found the best DVDs there called the biggest loser you know the show but the workout DVDs are great!!! i mean i have mucle that ive never knew i had trust i would never lead u wrong...thanks guys and gals rember....where all here 4 eachother!!!! we can do it !!! 2gether!! ..![]() ![]() |

| Thanks Joshua! My DH and I love the show. We plan our weight lifting days to fall on Tuesdays so we can workout our muscles and watch along. It's quite motivating. I love Bob Harpers book. It has some great muscle building exercises. |
