| Hi, All, April was a crazy month! I pretty much just maintained but am still trucking! I'm travelling to NYC later this month and was wondering if you guys could recommend some portable foods, mainly for breakfast. I don't want to worry about refrigeration so I was thinking carb friendly bars and such. I'll be performing at Carnegie Hall with the San Antonio Mastersingers so, if any of you are in the area, come out and see us on Sunday, the 25th. We're doing Mozart's Vespers. |

| This is the 3rd time I've tried posting here! Maybe this time I'll get it right. I'm so jealous of you going to NYC. I hope you have lots of fun. If at all possible, try to get a good breakfast somewhere, but if you can't, the bars will do in a pinch. They are better than skipping breakfast altogether. Or, if you can pack a shaker cup and some protein powder, make a shake for breakfast. I hope you have a great time! |

| Tracy, one thing that I do for short trips is to make breakfast OMM's to take with me. They keep just fine in a plastic bag w/o refrigeration for 2-3 days. I will be in NYC for a week later this summer and will be taking a few OMM's for the start of the trip.
