This morning while I was getting ready for work, they had a story on about diets (I hate that word but it got my attention) There was a two year study - I didn't get all the details. I heard the results. The three diets were Mediterranian (sp?), Low Fat and an Aktins-like LC. The one that lower bad cholesterol, raised good cholesterol and had the largest weight loss maintained was.....Low Carb! They were quick to move on to the Mediterranian diet and stating how good that was for diabetics...yadayadayada!
It was good to have reinforcement for the choices I have made.
