Default List of acceptable foods

Hey, it has been a few years years for me and wow does the site look different. Before I go any further, I am having troulbe finding a list of acceptable foods during and after induction. When I click on the link it is not available. I'm not sure where else to look and I apologize in advance if I am just "not seeing what is probably right under my nose" : )

Thanks

I wonder if this is the list you're thinking of?
So what can I eat on a low carb diet? | LowCarbEating

Of course, the most complete induction foods list (assuming we're discussing atkins) would be here - Atkins

If there is a link you're trying that you can't find or you can give me more info, I may be able to help. I have most of the content from the previous incarnation of the site up, although some of it's not published. But I may be able to locate it.

Glad to have you back!

Hey thanks. I was looking under the links sticky up top and it kept saying it didn't exsist. The atkins link you provided is PERFECT. That is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much. I have clicked on just about everything on this site and well, it probably got to the point that I was just looking "too" hard and overlooking it. *blush*
Thanks.

oh, there is plenty there to lose, i would never assume it's you! ...i should review the stickies and clean up the links at some point. some of them are very old with dead links.

i also appreciate the feedback when people are having trouble finding what they want, because that helps me know ways i can improve the site.
