    Question how many.......

    i was wondering, i will start my lc tomorrow morning, how do i find out how many carb grams i can eat?

    Hi Tina,

    In order to answer that question, one would have to know what plan you are going to follow. If you haven't already, you will need to pick a plan, then I would suggest buying the book and reading it. You need to follow certain guidlines, each different depending on the plan, the book will explain this in detail.
