All or any of those might help. I find that adding fat helps more than the other, but each person is different. Also, sometimes just a hot cup of coffee helps get things started. For some people, just a cup of hot water, or hot water with lemon, helps.
If you're eating a lot of cheese, cut back on it. Add a little more magnesium to your supplements.
Oh, and make sure you take the time to sit on the "throne" long enough for things to work. A lot of people don't take the time, try to rush the process. Take a book with you, do a crossword puzzle, anything to make sure you spend "quality" time there! LOL!
Those are just a few of the basic ideas, anyway. Hope you get things moving soon.

A swig of mineral oil a couple times a day will work wonders for ya.
Mineral oil is not digestable.Wife taught me that years ago.
Great as salad dressing oil too.

i use fiberfit to sweeten my coffee and find the combination of the fiber and making sure i get enough liquid helps a lot.
i also have taken fiber supps for days when i'm not doing that, and that was very helpful as well. make sure you're getting enough water, particularly when you're upping your fiber intake, because it can make the problem worse if you don't.

Try eating some extra fibery veggies. Celery,brocolli and cabbage help get things moving!![]()
I say more water. Water is one of the reasons you urinate!
