Unhappy Head Aches!

Is anyone else on the Atkins induction phase experiencing severe head aches? and if so have you found anything that helps?

I had a headache for 2 days it was about day 3 and 4 i think but after that it was gone.

Thank you for your reply. I am 7 weeks in with what I feel is not very much progress and my head aches are still present and agonizing. I see the doc on Friday so maybe it will shed some light on what's going on. Thanks again.

severe headaches 7 weeks into a program is not a low carb issue, but a medical one. closing this thread per our policy.
