| I'd prefer that it would be electronic, making it more complicated is that I'm mac based rather than pc. I'd be open to using a paper journal if there's a good one out there. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tracy

| Welcome, Tracy. Many people here use fitday.com. I'm mac based, myself and it works just fine for me. The only thing about it is that you have to deduct the fiber yourself to get your net carbs. However, this is a small issue, since there are many useful tools on fitday. Hope you'll make yourself at home here.

| I use FitDay also and love it. That is one of the things that keeps me motivated. I love to watch my graph going down. Plus you can put your own recipes in it to get the carb counts on them. katlupe |

| I have an Ipod Touch, I downlaoded an application called "lose it" that is very similar to fitday. I love the fact that I typically have it with me where ever I am, and I can log right away. It keeps track of not only calories, but carbs, fat, fiber..yadda, yadda....it's fabulous. I agree Katlupe, it's very insipirational to see those numbers drop! |
