| Re: FF Coolwhip I don't use it; read the label. It has sugar, and if I recall, about 3-4 carbs per serving If I want whipped cream, I make it myself with heavy cream, splenda, and a drop or 2 of vanilla. That way I know EXACTLY I'm getting1  hth

| Re: FF Coolwhip Some folks add a little gelatin to the homemade whipped cream as well to get more solid texture in the fridge. I try to make some ahead in my magic bullet and keep it in the fridge. That sugar will get ya every time, huh?

| Re: FF Coolwhip It has 3 carbs and 1 sugar for 2 Tablespoons but it is so handy to keep on hand. But alot of carbs for no more than you get I guess. Susan |

Nutritional info from Kraft.com: COOL WHIP - WHIPPED TOPPING Fat - FREE Ingredients: WATER, CORN SYRUP, HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL* (COCONUT AND PALM KERNEL OILS), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, LESS THAN 2% OF SODIUM CASEINATE (FROM MILK), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, XANTHAN AND GUAR GUMS, POLYSORBATE 60, POLYSORBATE 65, SORBITAN MONOSTEARATE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, BETA CAROTENE (COLOR). *ADDS A NEGLIGIBLE AMOUNT OF FAT. Yep...definitely better to make your own whipped cream.
