Welcome, dansgirl.

I would suggest just going forward. You might have delayed ketosis for a bit, but you'll get there if you stay on the plan.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water.

(I moved this to the Newbie section, since it was stuck to the end of a year old thread, and will be seen by more community members in this spot. )

Jenny. You cannot do anything about what you eat after you eat it. However, you can learn from your mistake and perhaps stop it from happening again. Maggie has given you the best advice, just get back on plan, drink plenty of water and don't dwell on the past, just what you are going to do in the future. Good luck..

I would also suggest doing a little extra physical activity, such as a 20-30 minute walk. If I have a day where I have strayed, I try to get in more physical activity to use up the glucose your body is going to want to store away.

The first 2 weeks of induction is really a critical time to rev up your metabolism and going off plan will set you back to day one. It's a period of time where you just have to take the bull by the horns and power through it. Just keep telling yourself it's only two weeks, it's only two weeks, it's only two weeks.........

Hang in there, it doesn't last forever.
