Hey Ladies have been very busy and barely able to post every other day but did want to check in to see what was happening in here.So Cinderella went to WW. Well, I can see the appeal. I have a co-worker who is going to WW and she started around the same time I started back LCing and she has lost 10 lbs, which is more than I've lost. I say Bravo to her. Whatever works for you. I did WW once and lost weight also but in the long run I didn't lose as much as I did on Atkins so for now, I am sticking with it.
