| I have been starting low-carb diet. I am not craving any carbs at this time. This in itself is a miracle. Anyway my question is do I have to still eat a certain amount of carbs daily. Will this mess up the diet if I don't eat 20g carbs daily? thanks MK |

| hello MK In my own experience I stayed at or under 20 grams of net carbs and found that my body became carb resistant! Meaning that it wouldn't tolerate even complex carbs! It has taken a long time but I am able to eat 25 net carbs a day and still loose. So up them carbs 5 grams a week! Don't be afraid! If you find it difficult to get 20 or more carbs and your NOT on induction then start to add berrys and nuts! Those will fill your quota in no time, and make for a more interesting menu! :-) |

| MK You should get in as close to 20 grams as possible during induction. Don't forget to include the carbs in such things as splenda and cream. But a nice big salad and a couple servings of a high fiber vegetable, like broccoli, will help you out in the long run. Rob |
