Hi everyone!
It is so encouraging to read about all of your accomplishments. I am about to begin this new way of life and am really looking forward to it. I am starting tomorrow, have already been consuming the 100oz of water each day for the past 3 days. Threw out all the "bad" carb rich foods that I thought I was addicted to and am really looking forward to my next low carb meal on induction. I am wondering which brands of soda contain sucralose? Every product where I live (Halifax NS Canada) is made with aspertame, or maybe I am just looking in the wrong place. Can someone help?

Hi and welcome to LCE!

You may not be able to buy this one in Canada, but a good diet cola with Splenda(sucralose) is Diet Rite Cola. I believe some others have spoken of Hansen's, although I have not tried that one.
Glad you stopped by and good luck on your new

Hansen's has a drink that's sweetened with sucralose. It's their diet version of tangerine-lime. Yummy stuff if you can find it. Another that I know exists, but I can't find it in my area is Diet RC (Royal Crown cola).

Welcome!

in the begining stages of the Atkins Diet, you should NOT exceed 20 carbs per day, for the first 14 days (2 week induction period)

now - you must have the good Dr's book to do this WOE (way of eating) properly - and at most book stores (WalMart, etc) you can get if for less than $8-10

but for now... check out his web site
http://www.atkinscenter.com and click on anything that is about Starting, or Induction and that should get you going.
