I am now into my 6th week. I am wondering just ABOUT how many carbs should I be eating now? I am averaging between 30-50. I didn't know if this is too much or not. | It sounds like you're doing fine - I assume you're losing? Remember, Ongoing Weight Loss - whether Atkins-style or other LC plan style, recommends a moderate amount of good carbs. Some people find 30-50 is a good range, others of us can get closer to 100 grams/day before weight loss stops. Eat the amount that feels right to you and allows you to lose weight! | Darlene, it all depends on a few things... first off, are you still losing weight? if you are, and you are averaging 30-50 a day, well that is great. Keep it up. We all have to find what our CCL is (which i never did) but it would be your max amount of carbs that you take it, where you no longer lose weight. (CCL = Critical Carb limit) so - if you have not lost weight in some time, you may want to cut back about 5... I have not lost any since induction, which has been 5 pounds total. BUT, I have lost 4 inches from my waist and 2 from my hips. I guess I am in that stall period.
