It sounds like you're doing fine - I assume you're losing?

Remember, Ongoing Weight Loss - whether Atkins-style or other LC plan style, recommends a moderate amount of good carbs. Some people find 30-50 is a good range, others of us can get closer to 100 grams/day before weight loss stops.

Eat the amount that feels right to you and allows you to lose weight!

Darlene,

it all depends on a few things... first off, are you still losing weight?

if you are, and you are averaging 30-50 a day, well that is great. Keep it up.

We all have to find what our CCL is (which i never did) but it would be your max amount of carbs that you take it, where you no longer lose weight. (CCL = Critical Carb limit)

so - if you have not lost weight in some time, you may want to cut back about 5... If you are doing fine... leave things where they are, unless you feel confident to add something new

Hope i didnt add to your confusion

I have not lost any since induction, which has been 5 pounds total. BUT, I have lost 4 inches from my waist and 2 from my hips. I guess I am in that stall period. I do exercise on a treadmill 2-3 times a day.

Thanks for your input!
