| Good Morning, today is a new day for me and I have read these forums which has given me more "oomph" to keep going! I will go to the gym today but on for 45 min...have decided to wait until AFTER the gym to eat my brekkie, I was going only 45 mins after eating |

| Good for you Shelley. I started dieting over a year ago because I had "nothing" to wear and I didn't want to go buy 'bigger' clothes. As a result, I lost almost 40lbs in about 6 or 7 months time on a low cal diet. I hated it, but it was my attitude that kept me going and my strong desire to want to wear my clothes without tearing them. Therefore, I believe that your frame of mind has a lot to do with reaching your goals and being strong on the way. Keep that attitude. You will reach your goals. shawny |
