I have a question. I have lost 10 pounds in 13days on the induction. Is this a good result? My question is on labor day I did cheat. I did pick up the induction again the following day. So do I have to start induction again?
I am just so excited about this new way of eating....

Thanks for any help.

Congrats!

No, I wouldn't start again. Just pick up where you left off and continue on.

10 pounds is EXCELLENT for induction!

Depending on how much you have to lose, the rate of loss will probably slow down but don't get discouraged, that's normal. Most people end up at a steady rate of 1-2 pounds a week after induction.

Keep it going and welcome to the board!

I also lost 10 pounds my first week... you will see a slow down now... so don't let that get you down.

and as Marcie stated (boy i've been saying that a lot today)
You dont need to re-start Induction from one slip... just continue on.

you're doing great!! keep us posted on your success

This is encouraging. I too lost 10 lbs during my first two weeks and wondered what would happen after that. I had already made up my mind to accepting the 1 to 2 lbs a week.

Thanks.
