| Is there a limit on how much fat i take in. Its about the same amount as protein. Like today for example I have 74 grams of protien adn 74 grams of fat...is that good or bad? HELP! |

| The fat and protein amounts are fine but Are you having enough calories? Too few calories on this woe can be as bad as too many. and 74 grams of fat and protein and add in some carb grams only comes to a bit over 1000 calories a day. I don't know how much you weigh so I can't make a recommendation on calories but 1400 is a bare minimum in my opinion. Rob |

| You are doing fine.. just relax and enjoy this WOE. This is the easiest way I've found to lose weight and like Barb says... "I can eat like a queen and still lose weight!" And like Rob says, maybe you need more calories and not less. Just watch those carbs closely and the rest, is well, just lost weight. Susan LC and feeling better every day!
