| I too LOVED my chicken coating...but...I dont know if anyone has tried this but could we mix some herbs and spices with the Atkins bake mix and rub into the chicken? Also, friends of mine in Kentucky (funnily enough) cook their chicken in bacon grease? I'm not sure we can get that here (Australia) only the "fat/rind" from the end of the bacon, which wouldn't be enough to cook in...anyways has anyone tried this? Good night people...past 12am here and this LC lady is very very ready for bed! Blessings Shelley 193/184 as at 9/5/03 |

| I dip my chicken in eggs then roll in almond flour and fry in butter! Everyone seemed to like it! To get to the rainbow you must first pass through the rain! |

| Yes, you can coat your chicken in Atkins bake mix & spices and fry it. Others use LC bread crumbs, and some use crushed pork rinds (dip your chic in egg then the rinds) and although I've never tried that, I've heard its great that way. Then again there is the almond flour thing too. There are lots of options but you might try several, because you and your family might like one much better than the others.
