Hi! I am on day #5 of induction. I was just wondering, if I have to drink all this water how am I supposed to know if I'm losing or not? I feel so bloated right now because I usually drink maybe a glass or two a day, and now I'm drinking it all through the day.

Josie,

you will find - the more you drink, the more you pee.

eventually, you're body will level off where fluids are concerned

I normally am bloated if i get too much sodium, and or not enough water.

Any idea how much salt you get in your diet?

Hey, thanks for answering. To be honest, I have no idea how much sodium I'm getting. I could look into that though. You are definitely right about having to pee alot. I'm going sometimes twice in 15 minutes. So, how long does this take to get my body fully hydrated? I'd say I've been drinking about 6-8 glasses a day.
