how do you work out your net carbs?

 Hi everyone, thankyou again for writing to me, and your encouraging words. i was wondering if you could tell me when checking out how much carbs something has, i just check the pack and see the amount it has on it.is that all?what is net carb then is there a difference? I started on 105 kgs on the 22nd of August and 7th of step I weigh 99 kgs.is that good? talk to you soon alex  |
